  • (1) DRIVER-REAR shock mount reinforcement bracket [304 Stainless Steel, 9.5mm thick]
  • (2) Frame backplates [304 Stainless Steel, 3mm thick]
  • (4) Bolts [M10 x 110 mm, Class 10.9, yellow zinc coated]
  • (4) Nylon-lock Nuts [M10, Class 10, yellow zinc coated]
  • (4) Flat washers [M10, heat threated steel, yellow zinc coated]
  • (4) Spring lockwashers [M10, heat threated spring steel, yellow zinc coated]
  • (3) Shock mounting bushings [High quality polyurethane with the same hardness as EOM, extra long-life. Two of them are low profile for top and bottom, the third one is inserted in between the bracket and the body mount]
  • (2) Shock washers [High alloy, heat threated, zinc coated]
  • (1) 9.8 mm short-flute drill bit [High Speed Steel, 35% cobalt for superior durability]

Materials (available in most hardware stores for a few dollars):

  • (1) Fiberglass resin (± 852 ml / 29 oz.) and the hardener for it
  • (1) Fiberglass woven cloth (± 8 sqr.ft). Favor a woven cloth over a chopped strand mat.
  • (4) Disposable brushes (2″)
  • (4) Disposable containers and disposable mixing sticks
  • (1) Can of rust proofing spray of your choice (can be oil-based or wax-based like Fluid Film® or Woolwax®, or an undercarriage rubber spray, or else.

Tools:

  • Drill [a special drill bit is included in the kit]
  • Grinder with cutting disc
  • Wire brush (or grinder wire brush attachment)
  • Wrenches and sockets
  • C-clamp vise-grips or similar clamping tool
